Janta Congress Chhattisgarh leader Amit Jogi, who was arrested on charges of forgery, has been brought to the sessions court for hearing the bail plea. The case will be heard by  the bench of Magistrate Vinay Pradhan.
During the hearing on the bail plea,  Amit Jogi will advocate himself. Advocate Pawan Tripathi will present his side on behalf of the government. Before this, Amit Jogi was brought from the Pendra Road sub-jail to the Sessions Court. Supporters are present in the court besides Amit Jogi's wife Richa Jogi, Lormi MLA Dharmajit Singh and Amit Jogi's legal adviser Vishmbhar Gulhare.
Earlier the bail plea of ​​Amit Jogi was rejected after hearing in the SDM court on Tuesday, after which the bail petition has now been filed in the ADJ court.
