Bilaspur : On the petition of the retired deputy collector, the High Court has issued notice to Chhattisgarh Revenue Secretary and Korea Collector. On the contempt petition, the court has also expressed displeasure over the Revenue Secretary and Collector.
In fact, Retired Deputy Collector RN Samanani, resident of Ambikapur, had filed a petition in the High Court when there was no retired settlement in the court.
This case was found in Justice NK Chandravanshi court. While hearing this matter, he has issued a natis to the Collector and Revenue Secretary and has instructed to resolve the case within 60 days.
