Raipur. Pista Devi Agrawal, the revered wife of senior community server Ramjilal Agrawal and the mother of Cabinet Minister Brijmohan Agrawal, passed away this evening at the age of 91. Her final journey will commence from Maulshri Vihar, Raipur at 10 a.m. on February 28. She will be laid to rest at the Marwadi crematorium.
Leaders from all political parties in the state have expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Minister Brijmohan Agrawal's mother. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai expressed profound grief over the demise Pista Devi Agrawal, the mother of Education and Culture Minister Brijmohan Agrawal. Extending heartfelt condolences to the grieving family, the Chief Minister prayed for the departed soul's peace.
Pista Devi Agrawal, the wife of Ramjilal Agrawal, the national guardian of the Agrawal community, was the mother of social server Gopalkrishna Agrawal, Education and Culture Minister Brijmohan Agrawal, and the president of Agrawal Sabha Raipur, Vijay Agrawal, Yogesh Agrawal, and Yashwant Agrawal.
Pista Devi Agrawal had been unwell for a long time. She was admitted to a prominent private hospital in the city for treatment, where she was on a ventilator for a few days. However, with no signs of improvement in her condition, she was brought back home, where she breathed her last.
