Bilaspur: SIMI terrorist Azharuddin alias Chemical Ali has been sent to jail by the NIA court in judicial remand. Azharuddin, an absconding accused in the Bodh Gaya serial blast case, was produced by the Raipur police in the NIA court after the remand ended.
Earlier, the police of the capital interrogated the accused terrorist for 2 days. Information about several important revelations in the police inquiry has also come out. It is believed that after interrogating the accused, the police can arrest many more people.
It is noteworthy that Azharuddin aka Chemical Ali in both Bodhgaya and Patna serial blasts had helped to hide terrorists bring them to Raipur. Along with this, the accused used to organize the meeting along with promoting the banned organization SIMI. The accused was absconding since the case was revealed in 2013.
