BILASPUR: Amit Jogi has been sent back to jail. After a hearing in the sessions court, he was again sent back to Pendra sub jail. Earlier, the court has reserved the verdict after hearing in the sessions court. Amit Jogi pleaded his bail himself. During this time, he dismissed all the allegations put on himself. Putting a question mark on the entire action, he said that the documents on the basis of which he has been charged and FIR has been lodged, that particular certificate was not submitted anywhere.
After the bail plea was rejected in Lower Court, Amit Jogi filed his bail plea in the sessions court today . After an hour-long debate, the court reserved its verdict. After hearing in the court here, Amit Jogi was again sent to jail again from the court. He was brought from jail to court on a protection warrant.
The lower court yesterday rejected Amit Jogi's bail and sent him to jail on a 15-day judicial remand. Amit Jogi is accused of displaying wrongful citizenship.
