Raipur: During the hearing of the voice sample case of Antahgarh scam, Amit Jogi's advocate SK Farhan on behalf of Amit (accused in the case), submitted an application to First Additional District Judge Leena Aggarwal requesting Amit Jogi to defend himself in his case.
"Amit Jogi wants to argue himself in this case,he should be called in the production warrant", said the application.
Accepting the application, the court ordered to issue production warrant for Amit Jogi and asked him to be present on September 12.
Amit Jogi is currently in the ICU of Apollo hospital and is in judicial custody.
The application for taking Voice sample in the Antahgarh tape case was heard in the court on Saturday. During the hearing , Dr. Puneet Gupta's lawyer Vivek Sharma and Manturam Pawar's lawyer Amit Banerjee also opposed the application for taking the sample.
