Raipur: Taking a press conference today at Rajeev bhawan , the congress spokesperson Shailesh Nitin Trivedi said that ex chief ministers Raman Singh and Ajit Jogi alongwith former minister Rajesh Moonat and state president of Janta Congress Amit Jogi have violated morality, and murdered democracy , they should leave politics immediately.
The press conference of Congress took place right after the statement of Manturam Pawar , in the Antahgarh tape scandal where in front of magistrate he said , “A deal took place in Rajesh Munat's bungalow for 7 and half crores. Also, in the case, former CM Dr. Raman Singh, Ajit Jogi , his son Amit Jogi and Rajesh Moonat participated in the whole deal, asking me withdraw my candidature from the elections.”
Hitting the hot iron, Congress said “ If Raman Singh is so he should cooperate in the investigation and ask his son-in-law Puneet Gupta to give the voice samples as demanded by SIT . Similarly Amit Jogi and Ajit Jogi should also give voice samples to SIT."
Where did Rajesh Moonat received 7 crore rupees, this should be investigated, demanded Congress after Manturam Pawar recorded his statement.
Congress also highlighted that how Bhupesh Baghel in 2014 had gone to Kanker , at that time when the hotel light was switched off and the door of the Congress leader's house in Dhamtari was broken and picked up by the police, all these cases should be investigated seriously, said party spokesperson while concluding the press conference
