Bhilai: A promising kabaddi player from Chhattisgarh lost her life on Monday. Hailing from Khursipara in Bhilai, Khushbu went to Maharashtra to play open tournament. Her health deteriorated on Saturday night. She was rushed to hospital, but she died during treatment. The cause of Khushboo's death is being described as chest pain. After the post mortem, the local police has handed over the dead body to her family . At present, the Maharashtra Police has started investigating the case.

Khushboo was just 15 years old, who was in the team of 17 players who were participating in the kabbadi tournament. The coach said that Khushboo went to play the first tournament of this season. She had earlier participated in the Maharashtra Open match. She was a student of class 8 in a government school. Khushboo had also made a call to her parents on Saturday night after reaching Bhepara. After talking to the family, Khushboo had dinner.

By 11 pm, some players sat together and watched the match, but after khushboo’s condition deteriorated. Khushboo slept with Sandhya Chauhan after watching TV. At 2 am, Khushboo told Sandhya that she felt like vomiting. Khushboo vomited twice in the wash room. After this, her health deteriorated and she lost her life.
