Raipur :  Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai visited the Shankaracharya Ashram at Boriyakala in Raipur this morning, seeking the blessings of Shankaracharya Jagadguru Swami  Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati Ji of Jyotish Peeth and Shankaracharya Jagadguru Swami Sadanand Saraswati Ji of Sharda Peeth. Swami Ji's arrival in Chhattisgarh coincides with his participation in the Sant Samagam of Rajim Kumbh, alongside various other religious programmes across the state.

In his interaction with Swamiji, Chief Minister Sai expressed his delight at the grand organization of the Rajim Kumbh Kalp this year, with saints coming from all corners of the country. He highlighted the significance of Swamiji's presence, stating that the people of Chhattisgarh are fortunate to receive his blessings. Shri Sai elaborated on the objective of the Sant Samagam, stressing its role in raising awareness of the Sanatan tradition among the people. 

Granting his blessing to the Chief Minister, Shankaracharya Ji stated that the preparations made for Rajim Kumbh to uphold the Sanatan tradition and the Sant Samagam will undoubtedly enhance the spiritual environment in Chhattisgarh. This splendid event is organized in the religious city of Rajim, the sacred abode of Lord Rajiv Lochan Ji and Kuleshwar Mahadev Ji, thereby creating an enthusiastic atmosphere for the devotees.

Shankracharya Ji praised the devotion and enthusiasm surrounding the event, which is hosted in the revered city of Rajim, the land of Lord Shri Rajeev Lochan Ji and Kuleshwar Mahadev Ji.

Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Tank Ram Verma was also present on the occasion.
