Balod : The murder of a BJP-supported young Sarpanch has caused a sensation in the area. Last night, the Sarpanch was brutally killed by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon. His body was found at a neighboring postman's house.
This incident occurred in Khertha Bazar village under Sanjari police outpost in the Daudilohara police station area. Upon receiving the information, the police immediately reached the spot and are currently investigating the matter.
The deceased Sarpanch has been identified as Vikram Sinha. His body was found at the house of postman Ramji Prajapati. The police have sealed the house, and senior district police officers, along with a forensic team, have arrived at the crime scene for investigation.
It is reported that postman Ramji Prajapati and the deceased were friends. The police have taken Ramji Prajapati into custody for questioning.
