Gariaband: At Hardi Madhyamik Shala, the fate of 102 children is at stake where children from 6th to 8th are in the care of a single teacher. Due to lack of teachers here, the student's studies is getting affected highly.
Irritated students have taken action against the school administration and government at Hardi Middle school in Gariaband district.
Students are disappointed due to a severe shortage of teachers which is affecting their curriculum.
The children reached school this morning and locked the main gate of the school due while they started shouting slogans against the administration and then sat on strike.
Students had complained to the District Education Officer for the shortage of teachers in their school, but when their complaint remained unheard and has no effect in appointment of new teachers at school , they chose to show agitation.
At the same time, the students revealed that since there is only one teacher to teach, thus class of all subjects is not available. Also, due to lack of teachers, they are unable to complete the course.
