Raipur : CG Government's General Administration Department has issued a letter to collector and Zila Panchayat Chief Executive Officers directing to dismiss the employees who got jobs using fake caste certificates. The order stated that for those government employees holding fake caste certificates will not have to undergo any probe nor a probe team will be constituted. They will face the termination.
The employees can be terminated directly with immediate effect, the order said.
The order underlines the fact that in cases where stay has been granted by High Courts, based on the earlier guidelines, the matter will be referred to legal department and efforts will be made to lift the stay to initiate action.
The order stated that even after complaints, such employees are under patronage of officers and they are not being removed from the post.
The order said that before issuing the termination order of employees, the departments should prepare a caveat, so that High Court before commencing the hearing can take the state governments view on it.
The GAD also sought the action taken report from officials at the earliest.
