Durg: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has got a big relief from the Durg Court. The special court has approved the application made by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) for elimination in the complaint filed by MP Vijay Baghel on Bhupesh Baghel for wrongly owning the land of Mansarovar Colony. The court has allowed elimination based on the fact that there is no evidence that the land was falsely named in the case.
On the complaint made by MP Vijay Baghel earlier against Bhupesh Baghel, the State Economic Offenses Bureau had applied to the Durg Special Court for elimination. Vijay Baghel's lawyer had sought complete information about the end of the case. The court gave the verdict after hearing both the sides. The entire case was of 12 plots of middle class and EWS in Mansarovar Colony Bhilai 3.

This is the whole issue

The applicant, Vijay Baghel, had complained to the EOW in May 2016. In which it was mentioned that Bhupesh Baghel had registered six plots in the name of mother and wife in the year 1996-97 during the tenure of Sada. In the case, EOW (ACB) Raipur, under Crime no. 17/2017, against Bhupesh Baghel and others, under section 120 B and Section 13 (1) D,  section 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act ,the application was submitted in the district court of Durg. Supreme Court Advocate Surendra Singh, on behalf of the applicant Vijay Baghel, presented the case.
